This pattern is 'Victoriana Rose' and was first produced by Paragon in the mid 1960's. In the early 1970's Paragon was taken over by Thomas C. Wild & Sons Limited, the manufacturers of the Royal Albert mark and for this reason this pattern is often seen with the Royal Albert mark. It is still a very popular pattern today and it is not difficult to see why. The pattern features delicate tiny pink roses lavishly trimmed with brushed gold.
